This week, The M&A Advisor announced that two recent deals on which we advised have been recognized as “Deals of the Year”. The awards were presented at the 6th Annual Middle Market Financing Awards Gala at the Drake Hotel in Chicago, IL, where we were honored for advising on:
- Information Technology Deal of the Year; and
