Marlin & Associates’ client Atrium Network has been acquired by TMX Group

Yesterday, our client, London-based, Atrium Network, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by TMX Group, Canada’s leading operator of exchanges and related services.  The TMX Group press release follows. This is the second successfully completed cross-border transaction on which we have advised in the past two weeks and our fourth international transaction in the past four months. We acted as exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Atrium Network.

Today our client, Subserveo, Inc. (“Subserveo”), a Vancouver, B.C.-based provider of automated compliance and surveillance solutions to broker-dealers and investment advisors throughout the U.S. and Canada, was acquired by DST Systems, Inc.
