Today we announced that Dr. Michael Sinclair has joined the firm’s investment banking advisory team as a Senior Advisor. He will be based in London, England.

In addition to his advisory role with M&A, Dr. Sinclair also is Chairman of Geneform, a UK-based gene sequencing company; Symthera, an Israeli biotechnology company; and Care Capital Group, which develops healthcare-related commercial offices in the UK and Germany. He is an Emeritus Member of the Board of Overseers at Tufts University School of Medicine.
