(Nasdaq: MORN), a leading provider of independent investment research, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire our client  Logical Information Machines, Inc. Today our managing partner Ken Marlin was quoted in a discussion of twitter’s valuation by Michael Liedtke for AP News. Twitter Inc.’s founders now have a billion-dollar baby, and they seem determined to raise it without a corporate parent.
