ClearStructure is a global provider of cloud-based front-to-back portfolio management systems for the private debt markets. Their award-winning platform, Sentry PM, provides hedge funds, asset managers, administrators, and private debt issuers the ability to streamline their processes from top to bottom, while offering access to both public and private markets. The addition of ClearStructure’s advanced technology private debt capabilities will allow Broadridge to create a differentiated solution in the global market.
