Marlin & Associates, (M&A), the New York and Washington DC-based investment boutique banking advisory and consulting firm, today announced that Byron Raco, has joined the firm from J. P. Morgan Chase & Co’s Business Services team, where he helped establish the group and initiate coverage on a number of companies. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Byron had experience on the merger-arbitrage desk at Jemmco Capital.
