Marlin & Associates Announces George Beckerman as Managing Director in new Washington DC Office
New York, November 12th 2004- Marlin & Associates (M&A), the New York-based investment banking advisory and consulting firm today announced that George Beckerman, has joined the firm and has established an M&A presence in Washington DC.
George Beckerman has provided strategic consulting and investment banking services, for more than 20 years. His 200+ client engagements have focused on revenue growth, strategic corporate development, alliance strategies, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and corporate finance for information, media and communications companies and to the technology and services sectors that support these companies.
George has also been an operating executive, most recently with the Washington Post Company’s legislative information service, an operating unit of what is now Thomson Financial and MarketResearch.com, Inc. Between 1981 and now, he was Principal or Partner in Beckerman Associates, Information Publishing Services, and Focus Enterprises. Previously, he served in the US Department of Commerce.
