Aquiline Capital Partners LLC (“Aquiline”) has acquired RIA in a Box LLC ("RIA in a Box"), a leading provider of compliance solutions to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).

As one of the most active Investment Banks advising buyers and sellers of middle-market financial technology businesses, Marlin & Associates had maintained a close relationship with RIA in a Box over a number of years and has a deep knowledge of the industry and competitive dynamics in which the company sits.
