M&A Partner, Jason Panzer, participated on the panel for ‘Deal-making in the Financial Technology Marketplace: Recent Activity and Future Trends’ discussion with the Association of Fintech Professionals. It was held on May 23rd at the Yale Club in New York City. The panel covered topics such as upcoming trends and themes for 2011, deal drivers, cross border deal activity, strategic buyers’ activity, private equity involvement, and funding for FinTech startups.

M&A Partner Afsaneh Naimollah, who oversees the firm’s healthcare activities, will be a speaker at the upcoming iiBIG Healthcare conference, which will be held at the Wit Hotel in Chicago from June 13-14.  Afsaneh will be on the panel titled ‘Health IT Entrepreneur Roundtable’ and will be speaking on the ‘Outlook for Deal Activity in the Healthcare Technology Sector’.
