Today, we announced that Jason Panzer has been promoted to the created position of Chief Operating Officer, reporting to our founder and Managing Partner, Ken Marlin. We’re all pleased  for Jason.  He has been a partner at M&A for more than six years.  He began his career as a lawyer in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Skadden, Arps, where he worked on dozens of transactions including public and private mergers, stock/asset acquisitions, tender offers, LBOs and private equity investments.
